We do have periodic safety inspections and we aren't supposed to have trash/dirty offices. So maybe that's why? But it seems like overkill to have failed for that one reason and also to call the contractor back from vacation. Follow up post from OP makes it sound like there will be repercussions for PM for doing that.[/quote]
