Is it possible to take too many vitamins? I asked my nurse and she said sure it's fine but I don't think she's taking me seriously. Right now I take: AM: Vitamin B complex Vitamin E Vitamin D (about 2-3 times a week) PM: Pre natal I am trying to thicken my lining so that's why I loaded up on B and E. I am taking D occasionally because I feel tired all the time and last blood work in the winter said D was low. I know it's summer now and I'm getting it from the sun but I still feel tired. I plan to stop all vitamins (except prenatal) after the transfer. Thanks!
Have you explored b12 injections? My midwife offers them on a walk-in basis. Didn't do much for my exhaustion (crappy thyroid), but a friend swears by them... so much so, that she is now able to do her own weekly injections.
