+1 LOL
OP, you will pee out what you don't need, so keep well-hydrated.

Anonymous wrote:You guys are taking way too much and some of these can be dangerous. Just take a multivitamin and eat healthy foods! And yes, I did have a successful IVF just taking a multi and nothing else. If you are taking this level of supplements at least be honest with your doctor -- take the pill bottles with you to your next appointment and tell the doctor what you're on.

AM:
Vitamin B complex
Vitamin E
Vitamin D (about 2-3 times a week)
PM:
Pre natal
I am trying to thicken my lining so that's why I loaded up on B and E. I am taking D occasionally because I feel tired all the time and last blood work in the winter said D was low. I know it's summer now and I'm getting it from the sun but I still feel tired.
I plan to stop all vitamins (except prenatal) after the transfer.
Thanks!
Have you explored b12 injections? My midwife offers them on a walk-in basis. Didn't do much for my exhaustion (crappy thyroid), but a friend swears by them... so much so, that she is now able to do her own weekly injections.

It's not good for infertility. I'll have to dig up a link, but I think it can thin uterine lining.

What are you taking? I feel I am loading up, but haven't talked to the RE about it, taking a break after last BFN cycle.
Let's see if I can even remember...
- Prenatal
- DHEA
- Ubiquinol
- R-Alpha Lipoic Acid
- N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC)
- PQQ
- L'Arginine
- Royal Jelly/Bee Pollen/Propolis blend
- Myo-Inositol powder
- Spirulina
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin D
- Vitamin E
- Fish oil
- Antioxidant supplement
- 5-MTHF because I am terrified of birth defects
- Was recently taking Maca but ran out and didn't get more... I will probably follow suit a couple others once I run out
I know,![]()
