More like a business decision although most think it was a win-win. This was part of a deal that gave the displaced families an option and got DCB permanent space. Whether those families wanted bilingual education and how many are enrolling will be interesting to see. [/quote]

Families had the option to go to Friendship or lottery into DCB so we are hoping those that chose to lottery into DCB instead of attending Friendship did it because they want immersion. But yes, it will definitely be a change.[/quote]
