Really?  I'm 40 and guys always picked me up.  All the time.  Only ones who didn't were just not that interested.   In my experience when they are into you they make the effort.  [/quote]

This is a simple concept. If a guy is interested he will come pick her up, unless she insists on driving herself as pp pointed out. But to have her driving to meet him elsewhere like he can't be bothered to spend that extra effort - not a keeper.

But, OP, you can't tell her about this specific BF. She will not listen. Be there for her when he is bored enough with her to stop even having her meet him places.[/quote]
