Or is that still a turn off to some of u?  Alternatively I could do a big utility sink in there and put a drain in the floor, and a faucet that can reach  a ways and just make the entire room a sort of water-proof shower when we have to do baths inside?  We have a huge yard so I imagine the place will be attractive to other dog owners shoukd we have to sell. [/quote]
