[/quote] +1 And you don't need to have a conversation with your aunt about it -- it will be clear from the choice you've made why you've declined but you are gracefully declining without causing any drama or tension, as it is your prerogative to do, just as it is theirs to not invite your kids. Then I would let it go and if you finance their vacations in the future, don't do it with the expectation that they will do anything nice in return, or that they will appreciate in in the way you would hope or expect.
