I beg to differ. Natural light is important to me. Right now I have a nice office with a window and a view. 
 I don't think I'd take a 10% raise if it meant having to go back to a windowless cubicle.

My employer also pays 100% of healthcare premiums plus dental for my entire family. This is huge. I had a very high risk pregnancy and spent no more than a couple hundred bucks out of pocket for visits to the MFM  and a 2 week NICU stay.

Generous vacation, sick leave, and maternity leave are a bonus, as are occasional, unexpected days off or early dismissals.
