Lots of free food, lunches on quarterly and nice surprises of cakes etc fortnightly (from celebrity patisseries)
Free tea and really good coffee (coffee beans type)
Employee of the month who wins gift vouchers and movie tickets
Offers to prestigious sporting events with full catering
Free tickets to balls
Free trips to conferences on an island
Always treated as important

I beg to differ. Natural light is important to me. Right now I have a nice office with a window and a view.
I don't think I'd take a 10% raise if it meant having to go back to a windowless cubicle.

My employer also pays 100% of healthcare premiums plus dental for my entire family. This is huge. I had a very high risk pregnancy and spent no more than a couple hundred bucks out of pocket for visits to the MFM and a 2 week NICU stay.

Generous vacation, sick leave, and maternity leave are a bonus, as are occasional, unexpected days off or early dismissals.

Group activities at your site as morale-boosters

Invest in training and development for employees

The things you listed are nice but not critical. It takes a lot more than free fruit to change poor morale.
