My son also had a 16 and borderline test scores. He was initially rejected. His teacher encouraged us to appeal. We did and he was admitted. Submitted a WISC for the appeal. My son has ADHD. Afterwards he told me that he didn't catch all of the verbal directions for the test. I forget which test.[/quote]
