This is OP. I say the word "washroom" and DH always announces "I have to go pee" and often does a pee song, which is crass and not appropriate to both use the word pee and sing and inform me about his bodily functions. I might be uptight but it seems like this isn't normal or common.[/quote]

A pee dance is not common, but that doesn't make it "abnormal".  If you prefer that he doesn't do it just say "I know I'm being ridiculous, but I have this pet peeve.  Would you mind not doing the pee dance?"
