Where, in NJ?  I attended quite a few high end events when living in NY and don't ever remember women wirh bare legs in the winter.  My husband went to boarding school and his friends are not slumming it in manhattan.  Sure, maybe women don't wear tights to the golden globes, but I wouldn't try and pull off any of those dresses at something outside of Hollywood or a fashion industry event.  For a normal cocktail event in Manhattan you wear tights or hoisery.  Guarantee most fashionable women in NY know Wolford and very well. [/quote]

And you seem rude.  I'm 5 foot 4 and 110 lbs and 31.  I'm not old.  However, even if I were old and out of shape I would be happy.  I love my Wolford tights and so do my friends here and in NY.  Maybe it is an upper class thing, who knows?[/quote][/quote]
