[/quote] To be fair, BBB has one of the best customer service policies out there. They accept returns without receipts in many cases, will accept returns with little to no explanation and are great about the coupons. Despite expirations dates on the coupons, they do not acknowledge them and will accept any BBB and many competitor coupons for items they carry. They will do so after the fact. I have shopped numerous times without my coupons, but can come back with the receipt and coupons and they will credit my credit card with the discounts. I once brought three receipts back with about 20 coupons and got like $50 back from my last 3 trips. I have had fantastic customer service from BBB and will shop there in preference to many other places when I can.[/quote]
