Sorry, but that bullcrap. I had sheets from Bed Bath and Beyond that literally fell apart after one wash, and they took them back, no problem. For linens and towels some problems don't show until they are washed. No way should they refuse to take back a defective item just because you washed it.

Include a link to this thread. I am a NP and was thinking of getting new kitchen towels from PB. Guess I will be going with William Sonoma instead.
