I love my body and take a good care of it. I am in my 40s, 115 -118 lb, flat stomach after two kids and toned (not athletic). I run in the gym very often just wearing sport bra and pants, no shirt. I think a lot of Americans have unhealthy retaliations with their bodies (and human bodies at all ). [/quote]
