[/quote] This is how she won: The debt was sold to another company for pennies on the dollar, but the "buying" company did not have the full paperwork (because the debt was cancelled for the original loaner, not for her) . So they could not "prove" that she owed them. The parent company had already written off the loan, so they could not collect further. Really a crooked system all around.[/quote]
