She would have this nightmare for the next 20 years. And she WAS trying to get them to set up a payment plan. they refused. I'm glad they lost.

A few things I don't understand- in debt collection, isn't it better to get some money? Aren't companies more willing to set up some kind of payment system rather than get nothing?
Also, I don't know what those companies were, especially the one they have no record of.
