[/quote] Vomiting can be a symptom, but is not a common symptom. Children are more likely to vomit with strep than adults. Vomiting is not a sign of strep, I'd be more concerned about the flu or stomach virus. Sore throat would be the main symptom, along with chills, aches and a fever. You should be able to see white puss pockets.[/quote]
