We just send a threatening letter to the lease signer and they cough up a few grand more. Our neighbors a quick to call if it is a bunch kids. Over the last 10 years it has happened 3 times. [/quote] Well the house my kids beach week group rented didn't have that provision. And it was a house that had been rented by siblings of the some of the kids in the group for several of the previous years. It was no secret it was a beach week group.[/quote]
