It sucks trying to get any type of family health history because you can't get a straight answer; it's constantly changing.  The last time I tried she said she had thyroid disease. Maybe she does, but after claiming to have so many other things, it's hard to believe.

To the PP who said OP wasn't being compassionate, there is only so much compassion you can have for someone like this.
