No. He's not. As long as she isn't sleeping around and hasn't remarried, she hasn't violated a sacrament. The Church will hope for reconcilation between the spouses or annulment if she wishes to remarry. [/quote]

Oh, right, according to the church you're still married, because it doesn't recognize the divorce.  It's only if you try to normalize your life by having a sexual relationship or remarrying that the church rejects you - or gives you the option of buying an annulment from them.[/quote]
