We are looking to donate our embryos when we are sure we are finished having children. It's a reasonably safe bet that websites facilitating "embryo adoption" are pro-life and are ultimately - and usually explicitly - anti-IVF. Have a look at the snowflakes website. We refer to it as embryo donation, and we would only donate to someone who sees this as a donation. The recipients, by the way, are just that - recipients.[/quote] +1 for the term, embryo donation. Embryo adoption is not the right way to phrase it, as cute as you may think it sounds. This concept walks a VERY fine line that brings up all kinds of "personhood" issues. [/quote]
