Traditionally it is eaten plain or with ingredients like fresh mint and various spices. It is associated with long life in various countries. It is easy to make at home and can be made with various milks (sheep, goat camel as well as cow). If you don't like it, you don't like it, but traditional yogurt has little to do with those little packages you see in the grocery stores.[/quote]
