HCG should reflect general population of MCPS - 30% white, 30 Asian, 30 AA, and 10% Hispanics. " And, in fact, I agree with the PP that the HGCs should reflect the general population of MCPS (which was actually 32% white, 27% Hispanic, 21% black/African-American, and 14% Asian, last year). There are lots of ways to try to reach that goal. Why do you assume that the only way to reach that goal is admitting based on race?[/quote]
