Having been a member of a couple of other gyms which were a lot more expensive and offered more amenities, I found that I basically used just cardio and weights. I get these at my $10 a month gym and it is in a clean, well lit, spacious environment with lots of machines available. Could not ask for more. I know they have some classes but am not interested in them.[/quote]
