I  waited a few minutes and decided to call police, just to  see if they are aware.  police dispatched  officer.   found out these people  need to get permit to solicate.  if  you think you have a bad feeling about it happening to you,  just call police dept.  good luck  and please be cautious. if they don't have your information,  they are NOT representatives of any utility.[/quote]
