[/quote] Not a 'bad' part of DC, but 13th is somewhat busy street, a bit far to walk to petworth metro/restaurants easily (but can be done) and the schools are not good. It is currently among the most expensive houses for that area, though a few blocks west on the other side of 14th you will find some comps. the pros are that it has tons of space, renovated, perahsp a full rental unit in the basement, and is attractive. Might go for upper 800s? low 900s? I'll be watching (we live nearby). [/quote]
