Like if you had coffee with a smoke switch to decaf tea. Do not drink alcohol. You will want to smoke if you do. Don't hang out with people who smoke. Become a health nut, read health magazines, workout, go to bed early, hang out at the library, watch funny movies, get a pet. You can do it!!!!![/quote]
