Stop doing anything that you associate with smoking that you can. Like if you had coffee with a smoke switch to decaf tea. Do not drink alcohol. You will want to smoke if you do. Don't hang out with people who smoke. Become a health nut, read health magazines, workout, go to bed early, hang out at the library, watch funny movies, get a pet. You can do it!!!!!

I do remember almost lighting up around week 3, but when I opened a friend's pack of cigarettes, I actually hated the smell.
Hang in there. Quitting sucks, but it's SO worth it.
