I took up Crossfit, and I go to a non-aggressive gym. I like that it's directed, and someone is telling me what to do. I like that the workouts are always different so I don't get bored. I like that the WOD (work out of the day) is normally over in 15-20 minutes, so it doesn't feel like forever. Going to Crossfit made me like to exercise. Oh, and everything is scalable.
