As to teens - depends on the teen(s). The 7-mile beach is gorgeous and there is a ton of scubadiving/snorkeling stuff to do, plus Stingray City. You can also go jestskiiing, parasailing, etc. The food is good too. OTOH is not a place with a big fun city with city things to do, so if they don't like water activities, they are out of luck (unless they are fond of shopping for tanzanite at the cruise port shops :P).
