She had had a knee replacement and told me she knew what knee injuries looked like.  The sad thing is I did have a 504---I typed all papers and was allowed to use a pen in math class, but bc my elementary and middle school teachers were all really great and figured out what I could/couldn't do and worked with me, we didn't have anything in place in HS.[/quote]
