OP get bigger tiles, they always look more expensive to me, 4" is very dated. [/quote] I completely agree. We just put down new tile in our basement bath--we put down the large tiles, they are porcelain not marble or stone and the large size and beige color makes them look super expensive and high end. The cost was only about $3 per square foot for the tile.[/quote]
