Shady Grove has no problem being callous and making people's lives harder, and sadder than they have to be during a very difficult time. I don't think complaining as a consumer (we're not really patients in the fertility industry, but consumers, it's a business first) is wrong, if we all did it more, it would create more accountability.[/quote]
