I know the lawyers' job is to win the case, but it's a shame the victory is for such poor public policy.  This will ultimately dramatically increase the costs of electric power for every consumer. Since neither of those things is even close to a legitimate concern, yes, I would rather have lower cost power, particularly as higher electricity cost is one of the most punitive taxes on the poor.  Earthquakes caused by fracking ... hah ... you quack.  Read the science instead of just gulping up whatever lunatic extremist org is feeding you.[/quote]
