I know the lawyers' job is to win the case, but it's a shame the victory is for such poor public policy. This will ultimately dramatically increase the costs of electric power for every consumer. Coupled with the science-less opposition to fracking for natural gas production, we are all in store for 2x+ power bills in the next decade.
