[/quote] ILs were well-behaved until the kids came along and DH's siblings moved out of state and now the burden (and guilt) is on us to fulfill all family duties. At least in their minds it does. Also the older they get the more juvenile they behave. Personal offense, hissy fits, silent treatments. We give them space when they get like this and then MIL starts with the guilt trips about how they're not always "going to be around" and we should spend time together "While we can." Please, that woman has been dying for the last 12-15 years.[/quote]
