I rarely call things stupid but this is one of those times. This is incredibly stupid and what a horrible attorney you must be.

I came from a poor background and built two very successful businesses. Don't hire a lawyer to do this unless you are making a TON of money. Don't incorporate until you need to and don't hire an attorney to do something so simple an adult chimpanzee can do[/quote]

Exactku when do you "need to incorporate"?  Good luck to your future lawyers who will have to clean up your mess when someone pierces the veil. You'll pay many multiples of the $300 you could have paid to get them to set it up correctly in the first place. [/quote]
