I rarely call things stupid but this is one of those times. This is incredibly stupid and what a horrible attorney you must be.

I came from a poor background and built two very successful businesses. Don't hire a lawyer to do this unless you are making a TON of money. Don't incorporate until you need to and don't hire an attorney to do something so simple an adult chimpanzee can do

Exactku when do you "need to incorporate"? Good luck to your future lawyers who will have to clean up your mess when someone pierces the veil. You'll pay many multiples of the $300 you could have paid to get them to set it up correctly in the first place.

You need to incorporate when you have something worth suing you for. When the business gets bigger than the person who owns it. That's when.

Okey dokie.

Yes, Delaware means nothing. Even if you set up there, you must file state taxes in the state where you earn the money.

Don't forget local business license!

Why Delaware? From what I read whilst researching, the benefits of setting up your business as a Delaware entity are overblown unless you're a big corporation.

OP, are you just selling your old junk on eBay? If you're selling stuff for less than you paid for it, you don't need to worry about doing any of this stuff.

Why do this at all? You can make a lot more by not paying taxes on the income. Just do business offshore.
