OK, we are making progress.  You now have at least stated who you want action taken against.  Now, who is "They"?  Use specific names of people or groups who you expect to take action.

Then, maybe you can explain how these actions will achieve your goals of "reestablishing a normal mentality and show a serious attitude".  Oh, some way of measuring how well those goals are being achieved might be useful as well.

Oh wait, there is someone monitoring the school's progress on this.  And he prepares quarterly reports about it.  And here is the latest one saying how well things are going.

So I guess my real question is, do you actually know anything about what happened and what the school is doing to make sure it doesn't happen again?  Or are you like most who have never read the Freeh report or any of the court documents or any of the Mitchel reports and therefore are talking out of your ass?
