I guess we have different definitions of nice, that looks like  a veery modest place someone stuck a new kitchen in.  I live in Baltimore average  price for a nice house in Roland park over $600000.  That house is actually in tuxedo park, a more modest area that abuts Roland Park but can attend Roland park elementary.[/quote]

I am using DC area definition of nice. No, i don't like this particular house, but it would cost at least twice as much in DC area and it would in fact be considered nice by most. I live in Baltimore, too.[/quote]
