I guess we have different definitions of nice, that looks like a veery modest place someone stuck a new kitchen in. I live in Baltimore average price for a nice house in Roland park over $600000. That house is actually in tuxedo park, a more modest area that abuts Roland Park but can attend Roland park elementary.
