This.  I'm sure he's busy, but he also has to show you that you're worth it to him.  I'd actually talk about this with him -- just to give him the benefit of the doubt in case he's clueless.  If he doesn't start stepping up after the talk, then it's time to move on.  People will always prioritize what's most important to them.  If you're really important, then he'll make an effort to do things.  [/quote]
