How do you get info for LEAP? I've emailed and she hasn't responded. Also: how much is national speech per session??
You should probably contact National Speech directly regarding rates as well as your insurance carrier. Most insurance do not cover multiple visits for individual ST per week unless you have an ASD diagnosis. Even if that's the case not all re-imburse at the same rate. Also, even though the price tag can be daunting, the summer program at Lab for speech is wonderful--page 6: http://cdn.media910.whipplehill.net/ftpimages/541/misc/misc_113176.pdf (I'm not sure why PP mentioned that speech camps don't cater to younger kids b/c that's primary audience for most speech camps.) OP, definitely talk directly with camp coordinators to get a sense of what your child's needs are and if the programs would be a good fit. Then weigh the financial pros & cons. Good luck.
