You have no legal recourse in India should somethung go wrong. If its an Indian boy and a family chioses ti keep the baby i would be willing to bet India would stand behind them. One genetic parent needs ti be a US citizen or you may not get the baby out of country. A contract would basically be useless.[/quote]
