[/quote] Obviously this happens at some places but it would be pretty difficult to pull that behavior off when you're located in the parents' work building and you have parents stopping by unannounced to visit on breaks, pick up early, nurse, etc - you only have a 15-20 minutes window between one visiting parent and the next. Not to mention that kids have needs and make a ruckus if you try to ignore them for too long and if you are systematically not tending to the kids it will manifest as diaper rash, changes in weight gain, etc. [/quote]
