I tried them from Whole Foods, and agree that it was missing salt and flavor. I don't like salty foods in general, but salt is really really necessary for many foods, WHILE you are cooking. It's not just about saltiness, but it brings out the flavors of other ingredients and brings them together. That's elementary cooking! A lot of people have the dumb idea that salt = unhealthy, but that's just not true. You NEED some salt. I may try them again, but not that enthused. Yes OP. Get thee some Pho!![/quote]
