Note the proverbial "pissing contest".  Take it for what it is.  It indeed isn't about you - be thankful!  They don't know any better.

Thought the lower classes were generally more friendly than upper classes because the lower class people rely on the cooperation of others. Not so much for the upper class people.[/quote]
