Trust me you obviously haven't read many threads, this is nothing compared to some truly bizarre ones. OP I think you are justified but need to accept that this is likely her way of doing things. Yes its true technology has taken some of the personalization out of how we interact and I am not a huge fan of it but understand that this is the way it is. I say let it go unless there is more to this and that's why you are upset, maybe she has done other things and this is the icing on the cake? I do call my two best friends on their birthday and always arrange for a lunch or dinner to celebrate. I cannot imagine just sending a text and that being it. We enjoy celebrating each others birthdays, sounds like a lot of disgruntled bitter people on this thread....maybe they need a birthday hug:-)[/quote]
