[/quote] Eh, middle school is tough for everyone. Girls, boys, the younger students in a class, the older students in a class. It's a tough time no matter what. I skipped a grade and did fine in middle school (with some run of the mill middle school angst!). My sister was the oldest in her class and didn't struggle any less with fitting in. OP, your kid will be fine!! Good luck to her. Personally, I think age is a pretty arbitrary way to group students anyway. They should be grouped by ability or knowledge.[/quote]
